Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born 17th October, 1992) is a popular Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil films and Telugu movies, and also in a few of Malayalam. She received the National Film Awards' Best Actress award for portraying Savitri an actress in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). She also won an award from the Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy Kumar's parents are film producer G. Suresh Kumar & actor Menaka G. Suresh. Her career began in early 2000s when she was a child actor. Her return to the film industry following her study of fashion. Her first big part in Geethaanjali (2013) in which was a Malayalam movie. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy signed her first Tamil projects in the year 2015, and started accepting projects from Malayalam. Her debut film is A. A. Vijay's romantic comedic Idhu Enna Maayam (2015) with Vikram Prabhu, though the film did not perform well in the theater. The busy schedule she had throughout the year meant that she had choose to stay out of movies that she was working on, including Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye and Deekay's Kavalai Vendam, in order to take on bigger projects. In the end, she worked on two films together with Sivakarthikeyan in quick succession, Rajini Murugan and Remo, while also playing the lead character for Prabhu Solomon's Thodari and Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to release in Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The film has been delayed since 2015 and reports suggest the film will release after September 2020, under the name Janakitho Nenu. Nenu Sailaja was made in the year 2016 and featured actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy played the lead role in Bairavaa produced by Bharathan and with actor Vijay.
